| One reason for the higher quality plating
available at Acme Plating is that it is done by electro-plating, rather than the cheaper method of brush plating.
Brush plating does not have a lasting finish, which is why it was necessary to replate
some of the early Oscars. The Oscar owners had lovingly polished their trophies to
death. Our lectro-plating process would have prevented additional plating. |
